Payment Methods

PayPal and direct bank transfer are accepted payment methods. We do not require any bank account or credit card details as all financial transactions are handled external to JPK Systems Limited ("DMXking.com").

Shipping Methods

New Zealand Post Air Parcel Post - Delivery is not guaranteed nor tracked which reflects in the low service price. DMXking.com is not responsible for non-delivery and will refer such cases to New Zealand Post for any loss claims.

FedEx International Priority - Rates are charged based on current New Zealand FedEx rate sheet. Any additional charges such as fuel surcharges will be included.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for purchase of any product(s) will include shipping and handling charges shown on the DMXking.com invoice.

Sales Tax

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to all orders shipped within New Zealand. Both products and shipping charges incur sales tax.

Import Duty, taxes and associated fees

Goods sent outside New Zealand may be subject to foreign duties and taxes applicable in your country. Payment is the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within 24 hours provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Note direct bank transfers from outside New Zealand may take 1-2 days.

Product Warranties

All warranty service for original customers is provided by DMXking.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the service centre location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, income, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, mishandling or acts of God are not covered by this warranty.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please email sales, as listed in our Contact section, and include a description of the issue. You will be contacted regarding issuance of an RMA number and further instructions.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or release your personal information to others and must adhere to the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. If you wish to discuss a privacy issue please contact The Managing Director, JPK Systems Limited using the telephone number in our Contact section.

Order Acceptance

An order is not binding upon DMXking.com until it is accepted; DMXking.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between DMXking.com and Customer shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
